From Brazil to Texas
A family table became
a new hope.
Barbara’s journey started with curiosity and a deep love for Japanese cuisine—not only its flavors, but its colors, precision and tiny details.
She began preparing sushi for her family. Those first evenings revealed something powerful: each piece created excitement, conversation and connection. As friends and neighbors discovered her cooking, what began as a personal passion grew into a small family business in McKinney.
Today, New Hope Sushi brings a distinctly Brazilian sense of abundance and hospitality to pickup dinners, Private Sushi Experiences, weddings, corporate gatherings and festivals throughout North Texas.
