What makes Brazilian-style sushi different?
Brazilian-style sushi embraces creative combinations, generous fillings, hot and crunchy preparations, cream cheese, sauces and bold presentation while still celebrating fresh fish and Japanese inspiration.
How can I see the current menu and prices?
Use the online menu for the latest selections, prices and availability. Special event menus are created after we learn about your occasion and guest count.
When can I order pickup or delivery?
Current ordering hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Availability may change, so please check the online menu before ordering.

How does a Private Sushi Experience work?
Chef Barbara brings a curated sushi experience to your chosen space, preparing and serving selections in waves throughout the event.
What is included in a Private Sushi Experience?
Your proposal explains the menu, service time and presentation included for your gathering. The experience is personalized around your group, location and celebration.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Popular weekends and holiday dates fill first. Contact us as early as possible so we can check your date and create the right experience for your group.

What types of events do you serve?
We create experiences for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, private dinners, corporate gatherings, festivals and other special moments across North Texas.
Do you offer pickup catering?
Yes. Pickup catering offers a curated, beautifully packed selection for groups that do not need on-site chef service.
Can the menu be personalized?
Yes. Event menus can be shaped around the occasion, guest count and preferences. Share dietary needs during planning so we can discuss suitable options.
What areas do you serve?
New Hope Sushi is based in McKinney and serves private events across North Texas. Travel details depend on the venue and are confirmed in your proposal.

How do I request an event date?
Choose a date on our availability calendar, select the service and continue to WhatsApp. Barbara will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.
How is my date secured?
After the details and proposal are confirmed, the required deposit secures your date. Payment instructions are provided directly during booking.
Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Please tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering or finalizing an event. We will explain what can be accommodated, but cross-contact may be possible in the preparation environment.
